Julie Patrick is a learning and performance consultant. Julie has been a trainer, facilitator, and instructional designer since 1992. She holds numerous certifications, including those from DDI and AchieveGlobal, and designs and implements talent development solutions that help clients achieve their desired business and organizational results.
Julie also serves as an in-person and online facilitator for ATD's Master Trainer, Master Instructional Designer, Training & Facilitation Certificate, Virtual Training & Facilitation Certificate, Instructional Design Certificate, Virtual Instructional Design Certificate, New Employee Onboarding Certificate, Creating New Manager Training Programs Certificate, and Facilitating Meetings Certificate Programs. She also had the privilege of serving in the roles of developer or subject matter expert for these certificate programs, including customized versions. She wrote ATD's Infolines “Creating Training Manuals” and “Creative Facilitation Techniques for Training,” as well as the "Creating a Participant/Facilitator Guide" Templates and Tools. Julie also contributed to the ATDYou Learning Library as an expert facilitator.
Prior to founding JP Learning Associates in 2002, Julie worked for PPI, a privately owned technology learning services company with 100 locations throughout North America. As the manager of PPI's corporate university, Julie was responsible for new employee orientation, leadership and management, sales, client training, systems, and administrative training programs.
Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a master's degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University.
